==> My Life is in You, Lord

 

From a small seed, a plant will grow and finally become a tall, strong, beautiful tree.
I had finally came to understand this. Recently, I had applied for studies overseas.
After struggling through my choices, I had finally settle down on going Brisbane coming July.

I had make enquries about my accomodation, started packing my items, and meeting old friends whom I had not seen them & breaking this news to them. People cloest to me, had all knew about it. If I could use a metaphor to describe this entire process I am going through.. It might sound like this - Packing my staffs, made me feel like I'm leaving the house, organsing my own pre-departure was like a wedding ceremony, and finally going to Brisbane was like a new life..

I thank God for this wonderful opportunity, and all love ones around me, who had been an encouragement to me. Very soon, I will have to be on my own, putting in use skills that I had pick up over the years - from family, work experiences and the infornation shared by close friends. Personally I see this as a challenge from God, I wonder how well would I do.

I believe there are many other lessons God would coach me about, apart from knowledge from books & influences from the Media. May the good Lord bless all my blog readers. Million Cheers!

    

 

Has going home ever been a difficult task for you? It is nevertheless for me. My house looks so glamaous - It is a private condo, semi-detached located in the rich man district Bukit Timah, Shelford Road.. With four emorous bedrooms, one large dinning room and kitchen attached. A private pool and gym, squash and BBQ pit. Nevertheless, it does not have the warm of a home.

 

Ideal. The concept of an ideal or perfect defer from people to people. Some might be attracted to a luxury lifestyle of a designer's house in a district of a buzzing city. Some desire the tranquility of a resort with a seaview. A food-lover might ask for a personalised chef, kitchen stored with technologies to assist in cooking up a great meal.(Sounds like me! =D) And a Hello Kitty lover, would definately yells for a house filled with Kitty toys, frunitures etc.

Perhaps I am a simple person. All I desire is for a happy, blessed marriage. Two person living under the same roof, with common understanding. Persue Christianity, trusting God in his providings. Holding stable incomes, successful career or positions in the marketplace as God's ambrassador of Christ.  

When you first wakes up in the morning, what decisions do you make?
Is it to wash your face first? Going to the loo? OR start brushing your teeths with toothpastes?

 

Decision is one that we had to face consistantly. It might be a simple thing such who to meet, what to do? to complicated issues encountered in studies such as projects works. Or at work, you might encounter decisions that could affect the organisation's profits, earnings, or making a loss.

What decisions do you make on a personal level? What kind of lifestyle do you choose to lives with? Do you live a healthy lifestyle, mointoring your diet, exercising regularly?
Have sufficient rest, balance your time for family, friends vs your studies / work?
Others might even help out at church, voluntary works, clubs and societies in schools. (Sounds Boring?)

 

Or are you someone who waste most of your time in bed, miss out on school work,
handing in projects that are long over due.. Partying, making friends, and burning your nights away? Heavily indulge yourself in alcholic drinks? Mixing around. Always joining in the crowd.
Defined as been the "IN" ones. (Sounds fun & crazy?) 

 

Whichever lifestyle you fit in, no one is better than the other. It is just a matter of personal perference and decision. You make the choice!

 

 

I had had quite a number of managers in my life, but this one I dont really like..

 

He had never praised his staff before..

His favourite past time is to give out warning letters..

And finding fault with his staffs..

He is bias towards some staffs - I personally feel that way.

And his unsocialised character make him a diificult person to understand nor get along..
He usually dont smile.. And he is a total wolf in a sheep's clothing.

He made life diificult for his team, due to his selfish desire..

 

I hate such a person and I never want to work for him nor with him..
If not for the work experience, I would have long walk out of him.

I guess our view point is diiferent, we simply dont see eye to eye. 

These days, I'm learning to let go..
Have you heard of this saying:
"The person that you like might not be the one for you."

I guess it quite true. Given alot of chances, but I guess we are not fated.

This time, I choose to let go.. Like a kite, I cut off its strings..
And said a little prayer in my heart.

It takes courage but I know I will become stronger and all things is in God's mighty hands.
Give praise to him always.
